What is RootRewards?
RootRewards is a loyalty program that tracks and rewards your contributions and activity across The Root Network. It runs in cycles, approximately one month long. You accumulate Root Points (RP) through on-chain activity, holding eligible assets and bonus off-chain opportunities. After the end of each cycle, you can redeem the RP earned in the previous cycle for $ROOT tokens.
RootRewards is designed to provide meaningful value to those actively building and engaging with the network.
Key Features
Refer and earn with your network
Grow your rewards by inviting others. When people you refer earn RP through on-chain activity, you earn a share of it too.
- Earn 15% of the RP earned by your direct invitees
- Earn 7.5% of the RP from the users they invite

Boost your rewards with Collectibles
Holding eligible Futureverse collectibles gives you access to monthly RP bonuses. Around 50% of the total RP rewards pool is allocated to users based on their Collectible Score.
Your score is calculated based on:
- Which collectibles you hold
- How long you have held them
- Their rarity and uniqueness

Any time you interact with The Root Network, you earn RP. This includes:
Stake
Help secure The Root Network by staking $ROOT. Earn staking rewards in Vortex tokens while also amplifying your daily rewards with Root Points (RP). To participate in staking or nominating, you’ll need at least 25 $ROOT in your FuturePass. Learn more about staking, tokenomics, and how to get started in this article.
Hold
Earn daily Root Points (RP) for simply holding tokens on The Root Network. Eligible tokens include ROOT, XRP, SYLO, ASTO, ETH, USDC, USDT, DAI, and VTX.
You can also earn RP by holding collectibles with the Collectibles Score bonus every cycle.
Bridge
Strengthen The Root Network by bringing more tokens on-chain. Bridging boosts liquidity, increases total value, and unlocks new ways to use your assets – stake, play, and engage with dApps, games, and experiences. You can currently bridge between The Root Network, Ethereum, and XRPL. Explore available bridges here.
Swap
Swap tokens for eligible assets like ROOT, XRP, SYLO, ASTO, USDT, USDC, and ETH, plus trade and mint NFTs on The Root Network to earn rewards.

Liquidity
Unlock more rewards by providing liquidity to core ROOT pools (XRP: ROOT, ETH:ROOT, USDC:ROOT, USDT:ROOT, SYLO:ROOT, ASTO:ROOT). You’ll earn standard rewards for contributing to liquidity, plus unlock extra Root Points (RP) each day through RootRewards to amplify your earnings.
DEXs on The Root Network: Tradeverse, Moai Finance, and Dexter.
Activity is tracked automatically and updated daily. No need to manually log or submit proof.
Daily check-ins and bonus missions
Stay active to earn even more. Each day, you can complete any on-chain action to unlock a daily check-in. Build your streak over time to unlock multipliers and mini-games at milestone days such as day 5, 10 or 15.
Theres also a selection of regular seasonal missions, quests and limited-time campaigns, so ensure to check in regularly to maximise rewards.
Redeem RP for $ROOT
At the end of each cycle, you can redeem RP earned in the previous cycle for $ROOT tokens. The exchange rate may vary between cycles depending on overall network participation and available supply.
Each cycle distributes a minimum of 80 million $ROOT in rewards to eligible participants.
Your RP is converted at the rate from the cycle in which it was earned. Once redeemed, the $ROOT will be sent to your FuturePass wallet.
